Dear Patients:

It is with sadness that I announce my departure from Mary Kelly Green, MD, PLLC, effective December 19, 2023.

It has been a great pleasure providing for your health care needs and is not easy for me to give it up. My time with Dr. Green’s office has come to an end, as I continue to pursue my career with the US Army.

As of December 19, 2023, Dr. Green and her team will remain available to continue your excellent ophthalmic care here, and your complete medical records will be retained by Mary Kelly Green, MD, PLLC. I would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that a full-time Ophthalmologist, Dr. Joe Santamaria will be joining Dr. Green’s practice in April 2024. I believe him to be an excellent physician and surgeon and have no doubt that he will be a welcomed addition.

Should you desire to transfer your care to a physician outside of Mary Kelly Green, MD, PLLC or if you need to obtain a copy of your medical records, please contact the office (830) 693-5868 to request a release form.
